Len Green, CPA, MBA

Len is the Chairman and Founder of The Green Group, one of New Jersey's top accounting, tax, consulting, and advisory firm. His expertise spans across start-ups, family businesses, and thoroughbred horse operations. On top of that, Len has more than four decades of experience owning and managing commercial real estate properties. Len has been involved with over 40 businesses including SoBe Beverages and Blue Buffalo Pet Food. He has been on the board of a dozen companies across various industries, including the publicly held company Cenveo and the non-profit, Jeremy's Heroes.

Above all, Len's true passion is teaching. In 2017, Len released his first book, "The Entrepreneur's Playbook" based upon his renowned entrepreneurship courses at Babson College. Like his classes, "The Entrepreneur's Playbook" disregards formulas and teaches readers and business students alike how to handle the real world of start-ups using proven tips, techniques, and strategies. He has taught over 2,000 students in his tenure and continues to inspire the world's next generation of business leaders. In 2021, Len was voted into the Babson Academy of Distinguished Entrepreneurs.
