   How do I best handle someone who has ridden in the past and showed successfully, and they are returning to horses and there is a fear factor now because of age?
   
2. Ashley:
   I have a client that at the last show had a rough go. She fell off in warm-up and missed a fence in a class. We have talked about the nerves aspect and what went wrong and she seems to be a stronger rider from that experience. However, now her parents are worried that she is not ready to ride at that level and are thinking about pulling her out of shows because she had a rough first show. Any thoughts on how to encourage her parents?
   
3. Mike:
   How often do you update your long-range as well as near-term goals?
   
4. Maureen:
   Is it inappropriate to "call out" a rider when they are self-sabotaging and blocking their own success? Does that type of directness cause further regression?
   
5. Lizzy:
   What do you do when you're dealing with clients who don't know how much they can do? The ones that don't know what's possible? That don't know enough to be involved in the goal-setting process?
   
6. Parents that undo every bit of confidence that their kids acquire. I.e. parent tries to be your mouth piece or debriefs kids at home.
   
7. Danee:
   Do you have any advice for when goals get completely squashed? Like when your horse goes lame, you get hurt, lack of funds interrupts progress, etc ...??
   
8. Denise:
   We are preparing to purchase a 20-stall barn. We have a goal of creating a high-end h/j show barn. We think we have the right pieces of the puzzle: trainer, facility, staff, systems, management, marketing, funding. How do your goal setting skills for the individual rider transfer to building our business? Are there any specific actions that you think that we can do to attract serious goal setters as boarders?
   
9. Pam:
   How do you change goals for Juniors that are leaving competitions and moving into the college setting?
   
10. Lauren:
    How do you lead someone down the road of expressing their goals if they are not sure of what they are themselves?
