Equestrian Professional Member Spotlight!
Natalie Rooney-Pitts

If you were to look up "go-getter" in the dictionary, you'd probably find a picture of Natalie Rooney Pitts.

Most horse professionals are pretty motivated by nature. However, Natalie is so full of energy and moves so quickly, she tends to make the rest of us look like we are standing still.

Natalie is an accomplished rider and has competed at The Rolex CCI**** twice, Burghley CCI**** in England, the World Cup, and other top level events. This year she is hoping to get her young Trakehner Stallion Virginian Sky through his performance requirements, take Jefferson, another young Trakehner, to his first Preliminary CCI*, and get the scores for her USDF Gold medal in Dressage.

Natalie is the owner of Four Star Farm Inc and trains out of two different  locations in Northern California - Rapp Ranch in Napa and her own facility in Bodega, where she is building a sustainable equestrian demonstration farm, coaching riders, and breeding Trakehners. She is also the coach for the US Eventing Assoociation's  Area 10 Young Riders Team.  So, when she's not in Northern California, you may find her in AZ, NV or NM, giving clinics to eager Young Rider hopefuls.

Plus, Natalie doesn't just provide instruction to advanced riders. Natalie takes an inclusive approach to her horse business and reaches out to new riders in the community through her riding school program, Pony Club Riding Center, and Mommy, Pony and Me classes. Natalie is also a Mom to 6 year old Tyler Pitts and 2 year old Sydney Pitts.

Natalie's heart is open wide and she seems tireless at encouraging other riders and welcoming "newbies" into the equestrian community.  With all that she has accomplished and continues to strive for, we here at EP sometimes think that Natalie may have truly mastered the art of being in two places at once.

However you manage to do all that you do - you inspire us!  And we are proud to have you as a member of Equestrian Professional.com.
